We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Brand Sourcing & Partnerships Lead to discover and assess promising international beauty and wellness brands for the Indian market.
This position will be instrumental in broadening our global portfolio and fostering enduring brand partnerships that align with our vision of premium, science-driven, and distinctive beauty.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Sourcing & Evaluation
• Identify both emerging and well-established international beauty & wellness brands with strong growth potential in India.
• Perform thorough evaluations of brand compatibility, product innovation, pricing strategy, clinical validity, and long-term scalability.
• Monitor global beauty trends, market gaps, and competitive landscapes in skincare, dermocosmetics, devices, and wellness sectors.
Partnerships & Negotiations
• Lead comprehensive discussions with brand founders, global CEOs, and export teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including exclusivity, margins, minimum order quantities, marketing support, and launch schedules.
• Develop partnership frameworks focused on sustainable long-term growth beyond short-term distribution.
Due Diligence & Compliance
• Manage regulatory feasibility assessments, product compliance, ingredient approvals, and import readiness for the Indian market.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Go-to-Market Strategy Support
• Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to design launch strategies tailored for India.
• Align brand stories with Indian consumer insights while maintaining the global brand identity.
Relationship Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for international brand principals.
• Cultivate trust-based, long-lasting relationships that go beyond mere transactional distribution.
Ideal Profile
• Over 5 years of experience in brand sourcing, international business development, or partnerships within the beauty, FMCG, luxury, or wellness industries.
• Deep knowledge of global beauty markets (preferably France, Europe, UK, Korea, US).
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with meticulous execution.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with global stakeholders.
• A passion for beauty, innovation, and building brands from inception to scale.
