We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team at a national level. In this role, you will manage a team of 6–8 sales professionals while owning end-to-end revenue generation across a portfolio of talent and brand partnerships. This is an opportunity for someone who can combine sales expertise with strategic thinking to position talent offerings as impactful business solutions for brands and agencies.

You will work closely with artists and internal stakeholders to build structured revenue roadmaps, unlock new monetization opportunities, and create long-term partnerships across India. The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and deal-making capabilities, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a national sales team, driving performance, accountability, and target achievement
• Own revenue generation from brands and agencies across a diverse portfolio of talent offerings
• Develop and execute revenue strategies for each artist, aligning content, brand collaborations, and market opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across brands, agencies, and partners
• Position talent and content solutions as strategic business drivers rather than transactional engagements
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
• Drive annual partnership discussions and long-term collaboration strategies with key clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, content, and operations to ensure seamless execution
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence at a pan-India level
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth across accounts
