About Lava Island
Lava Island is an indoor play destination designed for families to connect, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories. We combine high-energy fun with a clean, elevated environment.
As we grow, we are focused on building consistent, high-quality systems and experiences across every park—and this role is critical in making that happen.
Position Overview
The Brand Production & Rollout Lead is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of creative production, operational systems, and execution across parks.
This role is responsible for turning ideas, designs, and standards into usable, in-park materials, team resources and customer-facing assets—ensuring materials are created, organized, produced, distributed, and properly implemented across every location.
You will not just design or manage—you will build, organize, and execute. From signage and guest-facing materials to SOP rollout tools and operational system resources, you ensure everything is clear, current, and consistently executed across all parks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—thinking like a designer, organizing like an operator, and executing like a project leader.
What You’ll Own
Creative Production (Design + Output)
Create and refine high-quality visual materials (signage, menus, guides, internal tools)
Ensure all assets are brand-aligned, visually consistent, and production-ready
Prepare files for print, installation, and multi-location scalability
Collaborate with internal design resources for larger creative projects
Maintain a high standard for clean, elevated, and consistent brand execution
Operations (Systems + Structure)
Build and maintain organized systems for all brand and operational materials
Manage version control and ensure only current materials are in use across all parks
Organize documentation and assets using Microsoft Teams and shared systems
Standardize materials so they are easy to access, understand, and use
Execution (Rollout + Implementation)
Lead the production, ordering, and distribution of materials across all locations
Coordinate installation of signage and materials in parks
Travel to locations as needed to support rollouts, audits, and new openings
Coordinate with new park opening teams to verify that all materials are correct, current, and properly installed
Coordinate with onsite leadership teams to track completion, distribution, and implementation across parks
Vendor & Production Management
Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation
Manage timelines, orders, and quality control
Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
