Brand Manager

OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’re crafting simple yet powerful diagnostic and customization tools for car lovers globally. And we need your help to keep moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Use and evolve OBDeleven’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning
• Implement brand campaigns, product storytelling, and PR initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency across content, performance, and sales teams
• Monitor brand statistics (e.g. direct traffic, share of voice, NPS)
• Manage Employer Branding projects form start to finish
• Manage branding processes and presence at international shows like SEMA, Automechanika

What We Expect From You:

• Experience in brand marketing or communications in a consumer brand environment
• Proven experience in managing visual identity, tone of voice, and brand campaigns
• Proven experience researching target audiences and defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across different segments or markets
• Ability to articulate clear Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) grounded in customer needs and product value
• Experience translating research into clear positioning
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and cost-benefit evaluation skills
• Experience with PR initiatives that build brand awareness and credibility
• Experience leveraging conferences, trade shows, and events for audience growth
• Ability to ensure consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and employer branding alignment
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent in English and Lithuanian

Gross salary in a range: 3300 - 4800 €/month (depends on your experience)
