About the Role
We are looking for a Digital-First Brand Marketing Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You will bridge the gap between deep consumer insights and high-impact creative execution, ensuring that our brand is not only seen but preferred by professionals globally. This role requires a blend of consumer-first thinking, creative storytelling and media savvy.
Core Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & GTM Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and category expansions. You will take a brief from a business goal to a fully realized, multi-channel campaign.
• Consumer Insights & Positioning: Conduct deep-dive research to uncover the "why" behind consumer behaviour. Translate these insights into sharp positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Campaign and Creative Conceptualisation: Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to build thumb-stopping digital campaigns and content. You will manage the production pipeline, including video production
• Digital Media & Planning: Collaborate with the Media Team to design integrated media plans. You will navigate the digital landscape to ensure our brand stories are placed where they have the highest impact.
• Social Media marketing: Lead the core social media strategy to drive awareness, engagement and leads for new launches.
• Agency & Partner Management: Direct and manage agency partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Measurement & Reporting: Measure campaign impact on brand health and business outcomes for campaigns run
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 5+ years of brand marketing experience specifically within B2C Tech or E-commerce companies.
• Digital-First Mindset: You understand how brands are built in a digital-native world. You are fluent in the nuances of digital platforms and how they influence the modern customer journey.
• Cross-Functional Fluency: You thrive in collaborative environments. You have a proven track record of working with Business and Growth teams to align brand goals with performance targets.
• Launch Experience: You have successfully led at least one major new product or category launch from ideation to post-launch analysis.
• Video Production Savvy: You can manage complex video shoots and edits to ensure premium output.
