We have an opportunity for a Brand Manager role in Biologics. The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. (S)he will be the brand owner of planning and executing the external strategic plan with key customers for our product. This position will report directly to the respective Franchise Lead and will work in close partnership with cross functional team including field sales, medical and other functions to ensure we have a strong market presence. What you will do Utilize patients’ and business insights and prioritize business opportunities to shape market according to product priorities Create innovative business plans, encouraging the broader cross functional team to take smart risks and apply ambitious metrics and is accountable for the success of the plan Develop of strategic plan into account level, identify opportunities and shape tailor-made initiatives for specific account priorities Build partnership and networks with external and internal stakeholders and ensure optimal flow of business serving as a central connection amongst team members Drive broader cross functional team’s and organization’s engagement to succeed goals Essential for the role Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline 3+ years of strong marketing background in pharmaceutical market Strategic thinking and brand strategy - a strong understanding in brand building and clear strategic and imaginative thinking Communication skills and ability to work in an organization with cross-functional teams Analytical thinking and data synthesis ability Result-oriented mindset Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact with multiple levels within and outside of AZ Understanding of Account Planning and Customer management Fluent in Greek and English Desirable for the role Master’s Degree Experience in ENTs (Ear, Nose, Throat) specialty Successful Product Launch Record & Omnichannel approach experience At AstraZeneca we’re dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
