Im Bereich HCV (Hepatitis C Virus) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Brand Manager/in im Marketing. Hier gilt es in einem kleinen engagierten und dynamischen Team schnell und eigenverantwortlich Projekte zu erarbeiten und/oder das Team bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung und Zuarbeit beim strategischen Brandmanagement als Brand Manager im Bereich Hepatitis C
• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Produktkampagnen und cross-funktionalen Projekten einschließlich aller relevanter Milestones
• Aktive Teilnahme als Teil des Marketings im Brand Team  
• Umsetzung der Marketingstrategien sowie entsprechende Erfolgskontrollen in Abstimmung mit Marketinglead, dem Sales Management, Überwachung der Leistungskennzahlen (KPI)
• Bereichsspezifisches Budgetmonitoring
• Eigenverantwortlicher weiterer Ausbau des Multi-Channel-Ecosystem in Abstimmung mit dem Group Brand Manager (GBM) und Vorantreiben der Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) Philosophie. Verantwortung für Information und Implementierung im Brand Team und Infield Team
• Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu den Außendienst-Teams und externen Stakeholdern, um die neuesten Tendenzen und Anforderungen des Marktes zu erfassen
• Unterstützung bei Analyse und Monitoring der Markt- und Wettbewerbersituation & daraus abgeleiteter Maßnahmen
• Projektbezogene Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Kollegen des globalen Teams

Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn du

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder FH Studium
• Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing in der Gesundheitsbranche (Schwerpunkt Infektiologie, Gastroenterologie und/oder Suchtmedizin)
• Ein starkes Interesse an den Veränderungen der Gesundheitsbranche sowie gutes Verständnis des Pharma-Marktes und Wettbewerbsumfelds
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in strategisch relevanten internationalen Projekten
• Sehr gute Englisch- und PC Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) und digitalen Lösungen zur Health Care Professional (HCP)-ansprache und -bindung.• Besonders rein digitale Journeys in speziellen Arztzielgruppen und Massmails (Newsletter) gewinnen zunehmend im Bereich der Hepatitis C an Bedeutung.
