• Drive Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.

• Own End-to-End Brand Projects: Take full ownership of product launches, re-positioning,  and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.

• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.

• Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth.

• Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions: Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs. 

• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

• University degree in Economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Marketing.

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management within FMCG, retail, or pet food industries.

• Experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies.

• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

• Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for working with numbers and large data sets.

• Solid understanding of key marketing processes and drivers in retail, with a strong focus on e-commerce.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
