Your Role:

XBOW is looking for a Brand Designer to help bring our visual identity to life across campaigns, web, social, and product marketing.

This role is ideal for a designer early in their career who has strong fundamentals, sharp taste, and a desire to grow inside a fast-moving company. You’ll work closely with senior creatives and cross-functional partners to execute high-quality brand work while building your skills in systems-thinking, storytelling, and digital craft.

You won’t just be resizing assets. You’ll help translate complex ideas in AI and cybersecurity into visuals that feel clear, modern, and distinctly XBOW.

What You’ll Do:

Brand & Campaign Support

• Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, social media, email, and paid media.

• Help translate messaging and strategy into thoughtful visual executions.

• Contribute to the evolution of XBOW’s visual identity across digital touchpoints.

Web & Digital Design

• Support web design initiatives, including landing pages, updates, and new content modules.

• Collaborate with the Web and Growth teams to ensure designs are clear, usable, and aligned with brand standards.

• Prepare production-ready assets and work with developers to ensure design fidelity.

Design Systems & Consistency

• Apply and help maintain brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

• Contribute to building reusable templates and components that allow the team to scale efficiently.

• Ensure consistency in typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Collaboration & Craft Development

• Partner with writers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually.

• Participate in critiques and incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully.

• Continuously refine your design skills and stay current with emerging tools and trends.

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (agency or in-house).

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, paid, email).

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Bonus if you have:

• Basic motion or animation skills are a big plus.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for exploration and ideation.

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or technical B2B industries.
