The Design Craft team exists to scale design quality, consistency, and impact across the organization. We build systems, standards, and shared practices that empower teams to move faster while raising the bar for craft.

The role

We’re looking for a mid-level Brand Designer to help us evolve and scale the HousingAnywhere brand across campaigns, product surfaces, and internal communications.

You’ll work closely with Brand, Product, Content, Marketing, and Internal Communications to deliver high-quality brand assets that are consistent, reusable, and production-ready. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about craft, systems, and collaboration, not just execution.

You won’t just design outputs. You’ll help improve how brand design is produced, reused, and scaled across teams.

What you’ll do

• Brand execution and delivery

• Design high-quality brand assets across campaigns, social media, product surfaces, presentations, and internal communications

• Translate brand guidelines into clear, practical, reusable assets that teams can confidently use

• Deliver production-ready designs with a strong eye for consistency, accessibility, and detail

• Systems, templates, and scalability

• Contribute to the evolution of the HousingAnywhere brand system, templates, and shared components

• Help reduce repetitive work by designing reusable layouts, asset libraries, and patterns

• Support the adoption of brand systems across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership

• Collaboration and craft

• Work closely with Product Designers to ensure brand consistency across product experiences

• Partner with Content, Marketing, and Growth teams to align visuals with narrative and messaging

• Participate in design critiques, feedback loops, and craft reviews to continuously raise quality

• Quality, speed, and confidence

• Help reduce rework by clarifying briefs, expectations, and brand constraints early

• Balance speed and quality by leveraging systems rather than reinventing assets

• Contribute to improving brand confidence and clarity across teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role

• Experience working with brand systems, templates, or design systems

• Experience designing for multiple channels such as marketing, product, social, and internal comms

• Skills

• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, composition

• Ability to design within constraints and systems without losing creativity

• Comfortable translating abstract brand principles into practical assets

• Strong Figma skills, including components, styles, and libraries

• Collaboration mindset

• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and receive feedback

• Comfortable working with cross-functional partners and ambiguous briefs

• Curious about improving processes, not just outputs

• Bonus points

• Experience working in scale-ups or product-led companies

• Familiarity with motion, illustration, or AI-assisted workflows

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Designers or Engineers
