📌 Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in creative teams or design studios, primarily focused on marketing and brand design.
Strong expertise in creating and evolving brand visual identity across marketing channels, including performance marketing, brand campaigns, CRM, social media, and product marketing.
Hands-on experience in: photo retouching and color correction, image creation using AI tools, typography, vector graphics, logos, and key visuals
Ability to scale a marketing visual concept into a cohesive system, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and CRM materials.
Confident proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; excellent retouching and color management skills are required.
Solid understanding of UI fundamentals and the stages of the product design process; experience collaborating with product designers and marketing teams.
Experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems, asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
Proven leadership experience, including task ownership, quality control, mentoring mid-level designers, and managing external contractors.

Define, develop, and evolve the marketing visual strategy of the brand.
Create visual moodboards and curate references for campaigns and products.
Produce and oversee high-quality promotional design aligned with the brand’s visual concept, using Adobe tools, AI solutions, and 3D where appropriate.
Scale creative solutions across multiple marketing channels and formats.
Review and evaluate design assets for compliance with brand standards, marketing objectives, and execution quality.
Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all marketing communications.
