Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and creative-minded Project Manager to join our Brand Creative Studio. You will be a key contact between our design team and clients, ensuring that creative projects—ranging from branding to video production—are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Assist in establishing project timelines, setting milestones, and tracking daily progress of design and marketing campaigns.
• Workflow Management: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams (MarComs, designers, internal clients), managing the flow of tasks to meet deadlines.
• Client Communication: Support in managing client relationships, scheduling status updates, and communicating feedback to the creative team.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage creative assets (images, copy, design files) within project management software.
• Documentation: Create project briefs, update schedules, and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Review deliverables before they are sent to clients to ensure they align with the original brief and brand standards.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks or delays early and engage senior project leaders, managing solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency, marketing, or creative setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management software (Workfront) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, frame.io).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Creative Aptitude: Basic understanding of design specialties (graphic design, video production) to effectively facilitate creative projects.
