Gracie Barra is one of the largest and most respected martial arts organizations in the world. At the center of this ecosystem is Flavio Almeida — a lifelong leader within Gracie Barra, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Carlos Gracie Jr., and CEO responsible for guiding a global network built on discipline, culture, and excellence.
We’re looking for a Brand & Content Strategy Lead to own and elevate Flávio’s personal brand and thought leadership across integrated channels — with strategy, depth, and narrative coherence.
This is not a social media posting role.
This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thinks in systems, stories, and long-term positioning.

Your mission is to transform Flávio Almeida’s strategic thinking, leadership vision, and intellectual repertoire into a consistent, scalable, and high-quality content ecosystem — while requiring minimal time from the CEO and maintaining maximum narrative clarity across platforms.

🛠️ Core Skills We’re Looking For
Must-haves
Fluent English (writing, speaking, thinking)
Proven experience with multi-channel content strategy
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Ability to preserve and write in someone else’s voice with precision
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT / custom GPTs) to scale content responsibly
High autonomy, organization, and judgment
Nice to have
Experience with leadership, education, sport, or culture-driven brands
International or global brand exposure
Comfort working between personal brand and institutional marketing
