Job Summary:
Prime System Solutions is looking for a Brand Communications Strategist (Omnichannel) on behalf of its Client to shape and scale the customer communication ecosystem. This role sits within the Brand function and is responsible for translating brand strategy into structured, scalable lifecycle communications across onboarding, billing, education, engagement, and retention.
The ideal candidate is a strategic systems-thinker who can build frameworks, create structured communication architecture, and operationalize messaging at scale — beyond campaign execution. This role requires close collaboration with Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations teams to ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces brand voice, builds trust, and delivers clarity.
Responsibilities
Brand Governance & Strategy
• Serve as a steward of the Client’s brand voice across all customer lifecycle communications.
• Audit, standardize, and elevate customer-facing messaging across departments.
• Develop and maintain brand documentation and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across distributed teams.
Lifecycle Communication Architecture
• Design structured communication journeys across onboarding, billing, education, engagement, and retention.
• Develop scalable messaging frameworks across web, email, support content, product communications, and campaigns.
• Identify friction points in the customer experience and improve clarity through structured messaging.
• Ensure communications are timely, customer-centric, and aligned with lifecycle needs.
Cross-Functional Enablement
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, CX, Product, and Operations teams to align messaging with evolving business priorities.
• Translate complex product, operational, and regulatory information into clear, accessible customer language.
• Organize and manage workflows to maintain stakeholder alignment and meet deadlines.
Optimization & Performance
• Leverage performance data, customer insights, and feedback to continuously refine messaging strategies.
• Balance creative storytelling with operational discipline and structured processes.
• Maintain high standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in brand communications, lifecycle marketing, or messaging strategy.
• Strong understanding of brand voice development and messaging systems.
• Proven experience building structured communication frameworks, not limited to campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable, repeatable processes.
• Experience maintaining brand consistency across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Highly proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
