The Brand and Procurement Associate plays a critical role in connecting brands, internal teams, and external partners. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, maintaining accurate product and brand data, coordinating shipments, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Operations
• Create and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring all documentation and data are complete.
• Coordinate with brands and suppliers to confirm orders, schedule shipments, and track deliveries.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve receiving, pricing, or invoicing discrepancies.
• Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and delivery reports; work with brands to resolve mismatches.
• Plan and place orders in coordination with the planning team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain procurement trackers, records, and reports using Excel and ERP systems.
Brand Coordination & Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and manage regular communication and updates.
• Organize and maintain brand documentation, including product details, content, and digital assets.
• Communicate new product launches, pricing updates, and brand initiatives to internal teams.
• Share order forms, product decks, and updates with the sales team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Sales & Aftersales Support
• Provide timely brand and product information to support sales activities.
• Manage aftersales requests by coordinating with brands and internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain accurate aftersales records and ensure timely closure of all cases.
Marketing & Events Support
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and training events.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand events by coordinating materials and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Prior experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce is preferred.
