Brand and Design Lead (m/f/d)

Now as we grow, we are searching for a Head of Brand and Design to lead the next chapter of Speexx’s visual brand, building AI first brand and design workflows for a global B2B learning company. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines brand direction with operational excellence. You will report to the Head of Marketing, lead the production design team, and ensure our creative output is consistent and high-quality across every channel.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve Speexx’s visual brand, including guidelines and the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Lead the production design team, setting priorities, workflows, and quality standards to deliver fast and reliably at scale.

• Drive creative direction and execution for major marketing initiatives across web, campaigns, lifecycle, paid, events (including booth/stand design), and video.

• Build scalable production systems, including templates, modular asset kits, and repeatable formats that increase output and consistency.

• Establish AI- and automation-enabled design workflows that improve speed and quality while staying brand-safe and compliant, including rights and review processes.

• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement and Growth Marketing to enable execution through component libraries, templates, and dynamic formats.

• Ensure brand excellence across regions and teams by acting as brand ambassador and advisor to international marketing teams.
• Keep a pulse on design, AI, and marketing trends, translating them into practical improvements for Speexx.e a great fit.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading creative or marketing teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven brand and digital marketing design experience with a portfolio showing strong systems thinking and multi-channel execution.
• Strong command of modern digital design workflows, from concept and brand systems to high-quality production across web, campaigns, email, social (primarily Linkedin), paid media, and video.
• Working knowledge of performance-oriented marketing design, including fast iteration, modularity, and versioning.
• AI literacy applied to creative production, including building repeatable, brand-safe workflows and governance others can follow.
• Solid understanding of quality control, licensing and usage rights, data privacy, and brand governance in an enterprise/B2B context.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management, calm under deadlines, with a high bar for quality.
• Excellent English; German is an asset.
