Branch Sales Officer for Bank

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Officer to enhance our banking operations. As a Branch Sales Officer, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance by promoting our diverse range of banking products and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will collaborate with branch personnel to identify sales opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and foster strong customer relationships to achieve branch sales targets.

Requirements:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy implementation.

• Skills:
• Proven sales record with exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to branches in Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
