Branch Sales Officer (Bank)

Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our banking products and services to customers. You will work closely with branch staff to identify sales opportunities, establish customer relationships, and enhance overall customer experience while achieving branch targets.

Requirements:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.
• Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations.
• Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires
