Scott Electric has a current opening at our Bloomsburg, PA, branch for a Full-Time Branch Sales Manager. Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Handle sales and distribution within a given geography
Responsibly sell company initiatives to partners, including promotions, new brands, inventory management, and pricing strategies
Consult, advise, and engage with partners on category management and business analytics to help improve the performance of their business
Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, and purposeful planning
Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences while managing a sales team
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years meaningful sales experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electrical products
Ability to build sales plans and handle time effectively
Ability to communicate ideas and concepts to influence business partners
Collaborate well in a team environment and develop account relationships
Utilize analytics to evaluate market opportunities and impact business performance
Provide innovative & creative solutions to business challenges
Strong dedication to individual growth and leadership development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership and time management skills
Must submit a background check and drug testing

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
