As a Branch Operations and Marketing professional at Octal Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively within the branch's local market. This role requires coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals and support business growth.
Your key responsibilities include supervising branch staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing operational performance, and developing marketing campaigns tailored to the branch’s target audience. You will also be instrumental in building strong customer relationships and increasing branch visibility through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.
- Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations.
- Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
NOTE: The position is composed of 2 roles. Real estate mortgage (REM) loan officer and branch manager focused on deposit generation. Normally for small banks this is a bundled position.
