Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead all branch operations, including safety, production, finance, and people management
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal partners
Actively develop your team through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Implement and uphold operational procedures and company policies at the branch level
Monitor, analyze, and act on key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable legal requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
Several years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience
Post‑secondary education in Business or a related field (preferred)Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy‑equipment environment (preferred)
Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license, or heavy equipment operating experience (considered an asset)
