About The Role:
As we expand our presence in France, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to join us. As a Branch Manager at Vivid you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation and growth of our branch in France. Reporting directly to our CBDO and CEO you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and customer acquisition. Vivid's vision is to be the first choice for personal and business customers. Your Mission:
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and our business growth.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company in media, at events, conferences and forums, positioning them as a thought leader in Fintech.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Your Profile:
• Degree/Qualifications in business, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in business development within the financial services and banking industry / fintech sector.
• Previous experience working in an international, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Can-do mentality, solution focused.
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
