This is a senior operational leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in fast‑paced, safety‑critical environments. The Branch Manager has full ownership for branch operations, overseeing people, equipment, safety performance, customer delivery, and results. Key Responsibilities
• Lead all day-to-day branch operations, including labor management, field execution, equipment, and fleet readiness. 
• Ensure crews are properly staffed, trained, equipped, and compliant with federal, state, and company safety standards. 
• Monitor daily operations, proactively resolve issues, and ensure accurate job execution and documentation. 
• Drive productivity, service quality, and consistent operational performance. 
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and terminations in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws. 
• Develop supervisors and field employees to improve performance, engagement, and retention. 
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. 
• Manage branch equipment, fleet, inventory, and rental coordination. 
• Review and approve weekly payroll and basic operational reporting. 
• Build and maintain customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for service issues. 
• Conduct regular job site visits, attend customer meetings, and participate in pre-construction planning as needed
• Management or operations leadership experience, preferably in traffic control, MOT, or heavy civil construction.
• FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification.
• Working knowledge of MUTCD and FDOT standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
Work Environment & Expectations
• Flexible availability required, including on-call responsibility outside of standard business hours.
• Regional travel to job sites and customer locations is required
• 85-90k + 10% AIP + Company Triuck 
• Benefits-eligible 1st of the month following hire.

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
