Branch Manager (Bank)

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a competent and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the branch’s business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team to achieve operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a thorough understanding of financial services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.

- Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations.

- Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required.

- Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.

- Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
