We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Branch Managers to oversee multiple branches and drive business growth within the insurance sector. This role involves managing branch operations, leading sales performance, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple locations, ensuring consistent revenue generation, and maintaining a strong market presence through effective client engagement and field activities. This position is well-suited for someone who is sales-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing teams and operations across different branches efficiently.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of multiple branches within the assigned cluster
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and internal teams
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into business growth
• Develop and nurture relationships with HNI clients to drive revenue
• Promote and upsell health insurance products to new and existing clients
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor branch performance and market activity
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration

• Up to 5 years of experience in BFSI, with insurance experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong sales and business development skills
