Brake Press Programmer/Operator (AccuPress)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Programmer/Operator with experience on AccuPress machines to support precision sheet metal fabrication. This is a hands-on role responsible for programming, setup, and operation of brake press equipment to produce high-quality components used in specialized manufacturing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate AccuPress brake press machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform accurate bends and form parts to tight tolerances
• Select proper tooling and perform machine setups independently
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of brake press programming and operating experience
• Experience with AccuPress equipment required
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently in a job shop or low-to-mid volume environment
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication
• Turnkey experience is a strong plus
