• 组织周期性的价值流System CIP workshop 和Speed /Jishuken活动以提升BPS成熟度
• 确保Point-CIP执行的效果和效率，以加速问题解决和目标状态的稳定
• 通过对制造，物流，间接系统，流程的现状的观察与评估，设计和实现未来状态，以此来提升部门的BPS成熟度
• 领导BPS成熟度审核
•  领导BPS元素在部门内的执行，发展和优化BPS元素的标准
• 协调IPN BPS benchmark学习和培训资源，作为联系窗口，协调外部审核以及benchmark和最优案例的交流和分享
• 为工业4.0活动提供BPS知识基础（AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv+ etc）

• 理工类相关专业，如工业工程，物流/供应链管理等专业本科以上学历
• 3年汽车制造相关行业工作经验或精益生产相关实习经历优先
• 良好的学习和沟通能力，独立工作能力以及跨部门合作的能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力（CET6优先考虑）
