2. 支持现场CIP改进(成本及交付相关)

3. 更新，创建标准化流程文件

4. 可以进行跨部门沟通协作协助完成研讨会等工作

工作部门/区域：PkP/BPS / 生产制造部

工作职责：

1. 阶段二工作职责

2. 承担系统性改善、效率、工时等改善项目

3. Egro相关工作

第四阶段

工作部门/区域：PkP/BPS / 生产制造部

工作职责：

1. 阶段三工作职责

2. 利用数字化方式进行改善项目

3. 成为1个BPS element master

4. 协作供应链模型中交付相关的项目

1. 机械或工业工程类全日制本科学历，应届生或1-2年初级工作经验。

2. 语言能力: 具备大学英语四级（CET-4）或相当水平。

3. 具备生产和制造流程的基础知识。

4. 具备阅读和理解图纸的能力（如机械布局图、简单装配图、布局图）。

5. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI）会使用AutoCAD机械制图软件。

6. 具备良好的学习能力和结构性思维，能快速掌握新工具与方法。

7. 善于沟通协作，积极主动，责任心强。
