About the team:
The BPR Metrics Analyst will support the Best Practices business function by gathering, synthesizing, tracking/reporting and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights & monitor data-driven decisions on important initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), creating interactive dashboards, validating data accuracy, assisting senior analysts with insights related to business & operations, and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel capability, and the ability to interpret data patterns to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, reporting, and monitoring metrics on important Best Practice Initiatives (source: Business Production dashboard, PMC, spreadsheets).
Support the Best Practices team with thorough, meticulous reporting and analytics on KPIs.
Prepare recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders
Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards to track Best Practice KPIs.
Analysis & Insights: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Best Practices, Growth Opportunity Analytics, Growth Advisory) to monitor important reporting requirements and deliver timely analysis.
Data Integrity: Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and anomalies, finding root causes to maintain high data quality
Required Skills & Qualifications/Competencies
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
Excel: Advanced proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Powerpoint – Intermediate level
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with data concepts such as KPIs, metrics, and data quality
Attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
Good written and verbal communication skills
Collaboration and willingness to learn
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business/Admininstration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
