As a Telecom Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes—handling quotes, managing orders, and making sure everything moves from start to finish without unnecessary delays. How You Spend Your Eight Hours
• Manage the full wireline order lifecycle—from order entry to acceptance, installation, and close-out—ensuring smooth and accurate service delivery
• Provide timely and accurate order status updates to internal stakeholders, partners, and sales teams
• Review and validate contracts to ensure accurate order submission and prevent delays
• Coordinate closely with carriers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to move orders forward and resolve issues
• Identify and escalate order roadblocks, proactively communicating delays and working toward resolution
• Support sales and channel partners with quoting, contracting, and pipeline management
• Gather complete and accurate data to generate quotes and present appropriate supplier options
• Coordinate quote flow across internal tools and carrier systems, ensuring alignment and accuracy
• Track and reconcile commissions tied to closed orders and active accounts, resolving discrepancies when needed
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and consistency
• Monitor order progress against SLAs and internal metrics, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
What You Must Possess
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent certification and experience
• At least 3 years of experience in telecom sales support, order management, or similar operations roles
• Solid understanding of wireline services, including data, voice, and networking solutions
• Experience working with telecom carriers, order workflows, and service delivery processes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data entry accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and act before they escalate
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, U.S.-based support environment

What You Should Consider
