How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Track, calculate, and reconcile commission payouts across multiple revenue streams using RPM and related tools

• Analyze sales data, validate commission calculations, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales and payroll teams

• Prepare and maintain detailed commission reports, summaries, and analytics for stakeholders

• Manage commission inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

• Maintain and update customer and contract databases with a high degree of accuracy

• Utilize RPM features such as split commissions, sliding scale structures, and automated processes

• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and HR to ensure compliance with commission policies and structures

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in commission workflows

• Support telecom order processing tasks, including submitting AT&T wireless and wireline orders and tracking requests

• Complete rate plan analysis and tracking reports while meeting SLA requirements for order and request processing

What You Must Possess

• At least 3 years of experience in RPM software, telecom operations, commission analysis, or sales support

• Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience working with large datasets

• Hands-on experience with RPM Telco; familiarity with OPUS, Verizon B360, or similar tools is a plus

• Solid understanding of telecom order workflows and carrier systems (preferably AT&T)

• High attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

• Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records

• Clear and professional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You Should Consider

• Probationary, full-time position

• Hybrid work setup (Pasay-based with on-site requirements as needed)

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Arizona time)

• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

• Target start date: May 28, 2026 (flexible)

• Internet requirements: minimum 100 Mbps primary, 25 Mbps backup
