How You Spend Your Eight Hours
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized positions
• Work closely with Operations, Service Delivery, and clients to understand role needs, technical skills, and cultural fit
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, referrals, talent pools)
• Manage the full hiring pipeline—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer discussions
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications
• Ensure alignment with U.S./PH hiring regulations and company policies
• Keep candidates and stakeholders updated throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic hiring reports
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Support occasional HR, ESS, and administrative tasks such as documentation, coordination, or basic HR-related assistance
What You Must Possess
• At least three years of experience as a U.S. Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Proven track record hiring niche, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles (engineering, SaaS, healthcare, BPO leadership, finance, legal, etc.)
• Solid understanding of U.S. hiring practices, labor laws, and recruitment compliance
• Strong sourcing capability—Boolean search, automation tools, ATS proficiency, and market research skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site
• Willingness to jump in and support HR/admin tasks as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment (a plus)
