As a Service Desk Agent Tier 1, you will support clients by accurately verifying order details and ensuring compliance with client policies. In this role, you will provide timely shipping updates, communicate clearly with clients, and recommend products or services that best meet their needs.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
• Receive orders from clients via email, phone, or other electronic channels.
• Obtain client details and billing information, entering all data accurately into the internal database.
• Notify relevant departments when item supplies are low or when orders may deplete available inventory.
• Inform clients of any anticipated delays.
• Forward order information to the appropriate departments for processing and delivery.
• Review order requests to ensure they meet client specifications.
• Check orders for completeness and route incomplete orders for further review.
• Recommend accessories or services that may better serve the customer’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and open communication channels.
What You Must Possess
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• A willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• Strong customer rapport.
• The ability to manage customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
