Key Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Commission Management: Track, calculate, and reconcile complex commission payouts and revenue streams.
• Database Management: Maintain customer and contract databases using specialized software features.
• Process Automation: Utilize automated tools for commission carry-overs.
• Highly skilled with commonly used features in RPM Telco
• Split Commissions: Calculates commissions for multiple agents on one sale.
• Sliding Scale Commissions: Manages complex tiered commission structures.
• Reporting/Analytics: Provides insights into sales performance.
• Calculates, tracks, and processes sales commission payments for employees or teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyzing sales data, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with Sales and Payroll departments to manage commission structures, usually requiring a bachelor's degree in accounting and advanced Excel skills (preferred, not required).
• Commission Calculation: Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions using company compensation plans.
• Data Analysis & Validation: Review sales data to ensure commissions are calculated correctly and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to commission processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations and Payroll to resolve disputes and verify sales figures.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed commission reports and analysis for management and sales representatives.
• Compliance: Ensure all payments abide by internal policies and legal standards.
Additional Cross-Training Role (in addition but not limited to):
Job Description for Admin Team Order Processor:
• Ordering any AT&T wireless device using In-House code (Upgrade and/or New Line) with accuracy and speed.
• Submitting AT&T wireline orders using ETECH/Ice Chat with proper coordination with sales team.
• Complete Feature Changes within AT&T System with accuracy and speed.
• Complete Rate Plan Analysis breakdowns using Wireless Carrier billing statements & the appropriate Carrier processing system.
• Submitting requests via MCOE or WCOE for AT&T accounts.
• Complete Tracking Reports with accuracy and speed for all carriers.
• Creating accurate Tickets for service, including all necessary details for processing.
• Must be keen on details.
• Must meet SLA for all request types.
• Rate Plan Analysis (complete wireless billing statement review and breakdown of charges) (RPAs) have an SLA of 8 hours to be started, and 4 hours for every 100 lines to be completed.
• Order requests (2 categories)
i. New Lines: SLA of 2 hours to be completed.
ii. Upgrades: SLA of 1 hour to be submitted.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPM Software, order management, sales support, or telecom operations
• Education: Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting or sufficient related experience
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with RPM software, OPUS, and Verizon B360
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets
• Familiarity with AT&T’s carrier systems, third-party portals, and telecom order workflows
• Strong knowledgebase with RPM
• Experience with CRM platforms and data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to build & maintain relationships w/internal teams, carriers, and external partners
• Decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
