Job Description
We are building a talent pool of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who will handle customer interactions across various accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, resolution time)
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data security standards
Qualifications
• At least High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
• At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience handling international voice account is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common applications
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite or in a hybrid setup (as required)
