MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong understanding of financial controls and risk.

2. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent industry experience

3. 7+ years business process engineering experience

4. Six Sigma, Lean, and/or other process re-engineering methods/tools experience

5. Project Management knowledge and experience

6. Solid verbal and written communication skills.

7. Demonstrated strong leadership skills and experiences

8. Proven record of being results-oriented

PREFERRED SKILLS:

1. Experience in financial and/or mortgage industry

2. BPMN knowledge and working experience along with other Business Process Mgmt software and tools

3. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills

4. Takes initiative and accountability to drive for results

5. Strong facilitation skills required.

6. Consistently embraces ownership and accountability situations and roles.

7. Ability to work effectively with senior management (SVP, EVP’s)

8. Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to coach, manage, lead professionals

9. Ability to transfer knowledge to teams and individuals.

10. Experience as a Lean and/or Six Sigma Trainer desirable.

11. Exhibit performance excellence criteria such as leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement/analysis and knowledge management, team member focus, operations, and results
