To trigger this process instance you’ll need to show:

• One or more successful BPM programmes in which you played a significant role;

• Hands-on experience of IBM BPM solution (7.2 onwards);

• A hunger for personal growth, to challenge and stretch your skills;

• Excellent client facing skills;

• Ability to lead or participate in a delivery teams in a global arena;

• A social person eager to network and establish their own relationships, both internally and externally.

Required:

• Master's Degree;

• 2+ years proven experience in integrating BPM solutions over IBM BPM suite;

• English: Fluent (other languages, french, german are a plus).
