We are currently looking for a BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow) Workflows Consultant to join our talented team. In this position, you will leverage IBM's Cloud Pak for Business Automation to create and manage workflows that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve overall business performance.

The successful candidate will possess solid technical skills in business process management and be well-versed in implementing and optimizing workflows within the Cloud Pak environment. Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement workflows using IBM's Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective automated processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
• Monitor and manage the performance of deployed workflows, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations for compliance and training purposes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to navigate and utilize workflows within the Cloud Pak.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in business process automation and make recommendations for adoption within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years experience of support and development BPM/BAW workflows using cloud Pak for business automation.
• Experience with oracle database, IBM ADS and Redhat OpenShift.
• Experience with Rest and SOAP APIS.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing workflows in a cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling standards and methodologies (BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting complex ideas.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
