About The Role

Seeking a dedicated Box Office Manager in Adelaide, South Australia. You'll oversee daily operations, cash handling, and provide top-notch customer service on a rotating roster. Ideal candidates are adaptable, customer-focused, and excel in problem-solving within a fast-paced setting.


Requirements:
As Box Office Manager, your role will include:

• General day-to-day Box Office operations including patron calls, box office sales and admin tasks.
• Be available to work on a seven-day rotating roster, working 38 hours a week, including weekend and evening work
• Assist the Client Services Team with administrative duties as required
• Provision of exceptional customer service

Other key considerations for this position

Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
