Summary Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Excellence & Training: Ensures all sales activities are conducted to the highest standards and that all staff are sufficiently trained to obtain long-term success and to meet sales targets. Job Description As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting various internal events, training sessions, and daily operations. Your responsibilities will be focused on ensuring seamless coordination and execution of activities, maintaining vendor relations, and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities: 1. Internal Event/Training Coordination - Plan and coordinate internal events and training sessions. - Communicate and liaise with third parties such as hotels, trainers, and restaurants. - Prepare event-related materials and manage logistics (e.g., invitations, welcome letters, thank you gifts). 2. Daily Report & Research - Conduct research on assigned topics and provide translations when necessary. - Edit and refine presentations (PPT) to ensure high-quality output. 3. Monthly Tracking Report - Perform monthly data analysis based on specific dimensions. - Generate comprehensive monthly reports. 4. Vendor Relations Management - Follow up on contract processes and ensure timely execution. - Manage vendor creation and maintain accurate records. - Handle the payment process for project-related expenses. 5. Office Administration Support - Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Who You Are: - Currently enrolled in a university program. - Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks. - Proactive in identifying solutions and problem-solving. - Innovative and open to new ideas. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. - Experience with Photoshop (PS) is a plus. - Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. - Available to start immediately is highly preferred. - Able to commit to attending 3-5 days per week.
