BOSCH Collections Intern (long term part-time)

Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o., based in Bratislava, is a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH Stuttgart and employs approximately 90 people. It focuses mainly on sales, service, and customer support through the divisions Mobility Aftermarket, Power Tools and Garden Equipment, and Home Comfort (brands Bosch, Buderus).

Collections Intern position is a great fit if you would like to use your communication skills and gain experience in finance. This role is part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collecting past-due amounts from our customers and serve as the first point of contact for all accounts receivable–related matters.

What you will do:

✅ support collectors in managing customer portfolios 

✅ provide early-stage customer service

✅ assist other finance operations by providing and obtaining information from customers related to billing, collections, and cash application

✅ maintain regular interactions with customers and proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders
