Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeping Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, VAT, and preparing financial statements to support our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
• Support the preparation for audits and respond to inquiries from auditors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

• 1-3 years of progressive accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems)

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and VAT regulations
