Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Bookkeeper to join our finance team and take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping operations in a rapidly growing global company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing bookkeeping for dual-entity company (Israel and U.S.).

• Record journal entries and perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and collections.

• Prepare materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage statutory filings and reports, including VAT, income tax, and National Insurance (Israel).

• Support payroll processes in coordination with a payroll external provider. Recording and managing journal entries received from external payroll providers in Israel and the U.S.

• Assist in building and improving financial processes and internal controls in a growing company.

• Working with accounting systems, financial tools, and payment platforms.

• Leading the implementation of new accounting policies, tools, and automation processes.

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping certification (Type 2 minimum; Type 3 - an advantage).

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.

• Experience working in a global company with multiple legal entities.

• Experience with Priority ERP.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven approach.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
