Our Finance team plays a key role in ensuring our operations are smooth, compliant, and scalable. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to join our collaborative and innovative Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record invoices, payments, and GL transactions.

• Lead key aspects of the monthly closing process, including provisions, prepaid expenses and allocation expenses.

• Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax reportings

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Maintain Fixed Asset records.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities

Required Skills:

• 2+ Years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with formal bookkeeping qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS)

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
