Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer
• Ubicación: Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Ciudad de Guatemala
• Modalidad: Remoto (primer mes on-site)
• Horario: Lunes a viernes \u007C 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Salario: $5.175.000 COP (o market rate)

Responsabilidades
• Preparar y revisar documentos tributarios, garantizando exactitud antes de ingresarlos en el software.
• Realizar tareas de bookkeeping para clientes, manteniendo registros financieros precisos.
• Ingresar documentos fiscales en plataformas específicas.
• Administrar datos contables en QuickBooks para múltiples clientes.
• Comunicarte con clientes vía email para seguimiento y solicitud de información.
• Procesar nómina de clientes, asegurando pagos puntuales y correctos.
Requisitos y Habilidades
• Inglés escrito avanzado (B2+/C1) para correos profesionales.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en bookkeeping.
• Dominio de QuickBooks y conocimiento de US GAAP y US Taxes.
• Proactividad, automotivación y disposición para aprender.
• Manejo de Microsoft Excel.
• Título universitario en Finanzas o Contabilidad (preferido).
• CPA es un plus, pero no obligatorio.
