Phase Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail driven Bookkeeper to support our Sales and Accounting departments. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by managing essential data, documentation, and communications—contributing directly to our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Functions

Key responsibilities include:

Processing invoices and performing accurate data entry

Assisting with service tickets

Creating and printing labels

Completing daily invoicing and processing checks

Matching receivers with invoices

Managing the Sales Department email inbox

Communicating with internal teams

Communicating with customers

Providing general administrative support across departments as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Solid visual motor coordination and time management‑motor coordination and time management

Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team

Ability to follow established standard operating procedures

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

5+ years of administrative experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Ability to remain seated for 7–8 hours per day

Compensation

Starting at $22+ per hour, depending on experience
