Job Description: Bookkeeper
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records across both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, support compliance, and provide timely reporting to aid management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in QBO and QBD.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and issue invoices; track and process payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records.
• Generate financial statements and reports for management.
• Support payroll preparation and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with management to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD).
