We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our US-based company’s entire accounting cycle and inventory systems. The ideal candidate is an expert in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and has hands-on experience with Goflow. You will be responsible for financial accuracy, inventory reconciliation, and professional communication with US vendors and customers to resolve A/P and A/R discrepancies.
Daily Job Hours (EST): Hours: Part-Time (20 Hours/Week | 4 Hours/Day)
Schedule: Preferred overlap with US EST Business Hours (e.g., 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT), with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Accounting: Maintain the general ledger, perform bank/merchant reconciliations, and execute month-end and year-end closing procedures in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
• Inventory & Goflow Management: Manage the data synchronization between Goflow and QuickBooks. Track stock levels, reconcile physical counts, and ensure accurate COGS reporting.
• A/P & A/R Liaison: Proactively resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and conduct professional collection outreach to customers via email and scheduled calls.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and cash flow reports for management.
Requirements:
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is mandatory.
• Inventory Specialist: Prior experience with Goflow or similar multi-channel inventory platforms is highly preferred.
• US Accounting Experience: 5+ years of bookkeeping for US-based e-commerce or product businesses.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to handle difficult financial conversations with diplomacy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Trial Period: Position begins with a 3-month (90-day) probationary period.
