Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction processing, account reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and similar tools such as (Xero, Netsuite, Zoho Books)
• Record and categorize income, expenses, assets, and liabilities according to standard accounting practices.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities as needed.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, documentation, and financial processes.
• Help organize financial data for reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with financial tools such as Shopify, Bill.com, Ramp, Rippling, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience working remotely or supporting distributed teams is preferred.
