We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented female professional with exceptional English communication skills (American English) to handle bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, data entry, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent and confident in English with a neutral or American accent, highly organized, and experienced in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
• Perform data entry with precision and consistency.
• Maintain financial and administrative records for easy access and accuracy.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports as requested by management.
Requirements:
• Female candidate with a strong command of American English — both written and spoken.
• No Filipino accent (must sound natural to U.S.-based clients).
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (required).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
